Where healing takes root.
A safe harbor for your journey toward growth and wholeness.– Laurel Tull, LICSW

"Growth happens in the shelter of support"
I'm Laurel Tull, LICSW, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of behavioral health and healthcare experience, including work as a psychiatric nurse. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy focused on healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
The name "Rooted Harbor" reflects my belief in the healing power of safe shelter and deep grounding. Like a harbor provides refuge from storms while roots anchor us deeply, therapy offers both safety and stability. Just as a tree grows strongest when its roots are nourished, we find healing when we're supported in connecting with our authentic selves.
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that can come with long-term mental or medical concerns. My clients are often people who have been strong for others for a long time and are ready to create space for their own healing and growth.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate life's challenges alone. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.
